Please read these terms carefully before using FirstCall Care Services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FirstCall Care Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. We may update these terms periodically; continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

2. Medical Services Disclaimer

FirstCall provides telehealth services through licensed, board-certified physicians. Our services are not a substitute for emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Diagnoses and treatment plans provided through our platform are based on information you provide and are subject to the limitations inherent in telemedicine.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of a US state where FirstCall operates to use our services. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete. False or misleading information may affect your care and violates these terms.

4. Prescription Policy

Prescriptions are issued solely at physician discretion based on medical necessity. Requesting a prescription does not guarantee one will be issued. Controlled substances are not prescribed through our platform. Prescriptions are for personal use only and may not be shared.

5. Payment and Billing

Membership fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. Service fees apply to certain specialized consultations. All fees are disclosed before purchase. Membership cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion for unused services.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, software, and trademarks, is owned by FirstCall Care Services or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FirstCall's liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Fulton County, Georgia, except where prohibited by law.
