How FirstCall works — connect with a physician in under 15 minutes

FirstCall is a technology platform that connects patients with independent, board-certified physicians. The flow is: complete a brief health intake online, get matched with a licensed physician, evaluate symptoms via phone or secure video, and have a prescription sent directly to a pharmacy of your choice when clinically appropriate. Typical timeline is under 15 minutes from intake to physician evaluation. Available 24/7 in all 50 states. Controlled substances cannot be prescribed via telehealth under federal rules.

Step 1
complete the brief online health intake
Step 2
physician reviews and evaluates via phone or video (15 min average)
Step 3
prescription sent to a pharmacy of your choice (when clinically appropriate)

1

Choose your care category

Select from Men's Health, Women's Health, Senior Care, Urgent Care, GLP-1 Weight Loss, or Pet Care. Within each category, select the specific condition or service. If you are unsure, the General Consultation option connects you with a physician to discuss any concern.

2

Complete a brief health intake

Answer questions about your health history, current symptoms, medications, and allergies. The intake is specific to your chosen condition — ED intakes ask different questions than UTI intakes. Most intakes take 5–10 minutes. Caregivers can complete intakes on behalf of senior family members.

3

Physician reviews your intake

A board-certified, US-licensed physician reviews your intake privately. They assess your clinical situation, may ask follow-up questions through the platform, and determine whether treatment is clinically appropriate. If your physician determines you need in-person care, they will tell you clearly — including how urgently.

4

Prescription to your pharmacy — same day

When clinically appropriate, your prescription is sent electronically to your chosen pharmacy — typically the same day. You can confirm the prescription is ready before making the trip. For mail-order prescriptions (GLP-1 medications, certain specialty items), delivery is arranged directly.
