Getting Started

After creating an account, you complete a brief health intake. A board-certified physician reviews your intake and follows up via text, video, or phone — usually within 15 minutes. Prescriptions are sent to your pharmacy or shipped directly. No scheduling required, available 24/7.
FirstCall is available in all 50 US states. Physicians on the platform are licensed in every state they practice in, and we match you with a physician licensed in your state automatically.
Most patients hear from a physician within 10–15 minutes. During peak hours, wait times may be up to 30 minutes. Urgent care requests are always prioritized.
No. Membership plans start at $19.95/month and cover most urgent care visits. Some specialized services (GLP-1 medications, certain prescriptions) have additional fees that may be covered by insurance or HSA/FSA funds.

Membership & Plans

Basic ($19.95/mo): 3 urgent care visits/month, 24/7 physician access, prescription service. Complete Care ($34.95/mo): Unlimited urgent care, dedicated primary MD, senior care, family portal. Premium ($74.95/mo): Everything in Complete plus Men's & Women's health and pet care.
Yes. Cancel anytime — no cancellation fee. Your membership remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not issued for unused portions of a billing period.
Yes. All FirstCall services and membership fees qualify for HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) funds when paid for a qualifying medical condition.
The Complete Care and Premium plans cover your household. Family members can be added to a single account and will each receive individual physician care.

Medications

Prescriptions are sent electronically to your preferred pharmacy or, for certain medications, shipped directly to your door in discreet, unmarked packaging. Controlled substances are not prescribed through our platform.
Electronic prescriptions are sent to your pharmacy within minutes of physician approval. Direct-ship medications typically arrive within 2–5 business days. Expedited shipping is available.
Yes. Ongoing prescription refills for chronic conditions are a key feature of our service. Your physician manages refill timing and dosage adjustments as needed.

Men's Health

Completely. Consultations are conducted via a private intake form and follow-up message. Medications are shipped in unmarked packaging with no health-related information visible on the outside.
Sildenafil (generic Viagra®), tadalafil (generic Cialis®), avanafil (Stendra®), and vardenafil (Levitra®) are all available subject to physician prescribing decisions. Starting from $19/month.
Low T evaluation including lab review is available through FirstCall. If testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) is clinically indicated, your physician will discuss appropriate options. Labs are required before TRT is prescribed.

Women's Health

All major oral contraceptives (combination pill, progestin-only/mini-pill), as well as patches and rings, are prescribable through FirstCall. IUDs and implants require an in-person procedure and cannot be prescribed via telehealth.
Yes. Hormone replacement therapy (HRT), non-hormonal menopause treatments, and symptom management for hot flashes, sleep disruption, and mood changes are all available through our Women's Health program.
Absolutely. All consultations are private and confidential. We comply fully with HIPAA. Health information is never shared without your consent, including with other family members on a shared account.

GLP-1 & Weight Loss

The Wegovy® pill (oral semaglutide) starts at $149/month self-pay — the most affordable GLP-1 option available. Injectable options (Wegovy®, Zepbound®) start at approximately $349/month. Insurance coverage varies — physicians on the platform assist with prior authorization.
Yes. A physician evaluation is required before any GLP-1 prescription is issued. The evaluation is free and covers your BMI, health history, medications, and insurance situation. It typically takes 10–15 minutes.
FDA approval requires BMI ≥30, or BMI ≥27 with at least one qualifying weight-related condition (hypertension, type 2 diabetes, dyslipidemia, sleep apnea, or cardiovascular disease).
Yes. The Wegovy® pill (oral semaglutide 25mg) was FDA-approved December 22, 2025 and is available through FirstCall starting January 2026 at $149/month self-pay.
