HOW IT WORKS

1. Register Your Account

Create an account and complete your profile! Enter your personal and medical information to complete your FirstCall Telehealth account.

2. Find a Doctor or Veterinarian

Once you login to your account, find a doctor or veterinarian that meets your needs. Request a telehealth consultation, then we will connect you with a team member as soon as possible.

3. Start Your Telehealth Consultation

After connecting with a doctor or veterinarian, they will go over your or your pet’s patient records and discuss your or your pet’s current ailments and situations. The doctor or veterinarian will then advise you on a treatment plan.
