1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including name, email address, date of birth, health history, symptoms, medications, and payment information. We also collect usage data, device information, and communications with our care team.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to provide telehealth services, process payments, communicate with you about your care, improve our services, comply with legal obligations, and send administrative communications. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. HIPAA Compliance

FirstCall Care Services is a covered entity under HIPAA. Your Protected Health Information (PHI) is handled in accordance with our Notice of Privacy Practices. We implement appropriate administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect PHI.

4. Information Sharing

We share your health information only with: (a) treating physicians and care team members, (b) third-party service providers under Business Associate Agreements, (c) as required by law or with your explicit consent. We do not share PHI for marketing purposes without your authorization.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3+) for all data transmission, encrypt PHI at rest using AES-256, conduct regular security audits, and maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance. All care team members complete HIPAA training.

6. Data Retention

We retain medical records for a minimum of 7 years from the date of last treatment, or as required by applicable state law. Payment information is retained for 3 years. You may request deletion of non-PHI data subject to legal retention requirements.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: access your health records, request corrections, obtain a copy of your records, request restrictions on certain uses, receive a list of disclosures, and file a complaint with HHS if you believe your rights have been violated.

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for site functionality and analytics cookies (with your consent) to improve our services. You may manage cookie preferences in your browser settings. We do not use cookies for targeted advertising.

9. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
