Insurance & pricing — how FirstCall handles coverage

FirstCall membership and visit fees are paid directly. Medications prescribed by a physician on the platform are sent to the pharmacy of your choice, where your pharmacy insurance benefits apply normally. For GLP-1 medications specifically, insurance coverage varies widely — many plans cover them with prior authorization, many do not. The FirstCall Insurance Concierge can assist with prior authorization paperwork. HSA and FSA payment is accepted for eligible expenses.

All plans include unlimited physician consultations in covered categories. Prescriptions billed through your pharmacy separately.
